[LightDM] How to change from pantheon greeter and turn off/hide all other accounts

Hi Jonathan,
What you are asking for is a little out of scope for this mailing list. But
here's some pointers that might help:
If your software center is broken then that sounds pretty bad. You might
want to fix that first (contact the Elementary project for help with that).
If the issue is you have a number of user accounts you don't want then why
not delete them? That can probably be done from the Elementary control
center / system settings (again contact Elementary for help).
I'm not familiar with the Elementary software center but it probably wont
allow you to install / uninstall greeters. Changing the greeter is not
something most OSs encourage users to do. You might need to use the command
line to change this.
