[LightDM] The same display plugged in after unplug - no Set Mode

Hi,

When I unlpug and plugin back the same display, no Set Mode is occuring at
drm.ko level.

But, if I plugin a different display, then Set Mode occurs as expected.

Is there an optimisation in Light DM "not to Set Mode" if the same display
is pluggid in?

If yes, is there a configuration option to disable it?
