# Xorg -version
X.Org X Server 1.17.1
Release Date: 2015-02-10
X Protocol Version 11, Revision 0
...
Build ID: xorg-x11-server 1.17.1-12.fc21
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
All in all,
in X.Org X Server 1.17.1 modules are automatically induced in multi-seat environment,
therefore additional configuration files for Xorg X server are no longer necessary,
and overall *minimum* lightdm's config is:
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
$ lightdm --show-config
[LightDM]
A minimum-vt=1
[SeatDefaults]
A session-wrapper=/etc/X11/xinit/Xsession
~~~~~~~~
Sources:
A /etc/lightdm/lightdm.conf
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
$ lightdm --version
lightdm 1.14.0
That's super cool, isn't it.
