[LightDM] New project maintainer for lightdm-webkit-greeter

Hello all,

I'm Scott, one of the devs on the LTSP project.  Recently, I submitted some
patches for lightdm-webkit-greeter, and Robert Ancell kindly accepted them,
and asked me if I'd like to take over maintainership of the package.  I've
accepted, and so am now the new maintainer.  I'll be leaving the code where
it is on launchpad, and will have a look at the few bugs that are there.
