[LightDM] lightdm 1.16.6 released

This is a stable update in the 1.16 series. If fixes an error introduced in
1.16.5 which could crash LightDM if an invalid XDMCP packet was received
[1]. This release also adds some new XDMCP features.

Overview of changes in lightdm 1.16.6
 * Handle XDMCP Request packet with no addresses.
 * Don't start LightDM if the XDMCP server is configured with a key that
doesn't exist.
 * Add IP addresses to XDMCP log messages.
 * Refactor XDMCP error handling.
 * Add more tests.
