[LightDM] xserver-allow-tcp

I wouldn't know about that. Anyway it is not a documented option, so it 
is not good practice to depend on it. I am (pretending to be) a clueless 
user that sees it 'doesn't work anymore'.

I can have a look at the src.rpm and see if there is any patch that 
disables it...
