[LightDM] xserver-allow-tcp

There are 2 binaries that start the Xorg server: /usr/libexec/Xorg.bin 
and /usr/libexec/Xorg.wrap. Both fail when passing the -listen option. I 
grepped through the patches included in the src.rpm, but there is no 
match for 'listen'. After rpmbuild -bp or after straight unpacking of 
the tarball, the os/utils.c file doesn't show any strcmp for "-listen", 
so I would say it isn't supported indeed.
