[LightDM] lightdm 1.16.0 released

This is the first release in the stable 1.16 series. This series will be
maintained on the lp:lightdm/1.16 branch and trunk (lp:lightdm) will now be
used for the unstable 1.17 series.

lightdm 1.14 users or those interested in new features are encouraged to
update to lightdm 1.16 or remain on 1.10 which will be supported for
longer. 1.16 will be supported until July 2016, the other release series
will expire on:
1.14 - January 2016
1.2 - April 2017
1.10 - April 2019

Overview of changes in lightdm 1.16.0

 * Update default configuration better explaining the seat configuration
name matching and dropping references to the obsolete [SeatDefaults]
section
