[LightDM] lightdm 1.18.0 released

This is the first release in the stable 1.18 series. This series will be
maintained on the lp:lightdm/1.18 branch and trunk (lp:lightdm) will now be
used for the unstable 1.19 series.

All lightdm users are encouraged to update to lightdm 1.18. 1.18 will be
supported until April 2021 (five years from now), the other release series
will expire on:
1.16 - July 2016
1.2 - April 2017
1.10 - April 2019
