[LightDM] Lightdm and ctrl-alt-backspace zap?

I see. That makes sense. It works once a session is loaded.

The X server is on a remote machine. And ctrl-alt-backspace works on the
XDMCP chooser screen on that X server. As soon as I click on the lightdm
host in the chooser, ctrl-alt-backspace stops working (which prevents you
from going back to the chooser screen).

I am using the lightdm-gtk-greeter with lightdm. So, is there any way for
that greeter to re-enable ctrl-alt-backspace? Or alternatively add a menu
entry on the greeter to exit lightdm?
