[LightDM] lightdm 1.2 end of life

LightDM 1.2 is no longer supported and will receive no more updates. All
users who need a long support term are encouraged to update to LightDM 1.10
or 1.18.

The currently supported releases will expire on:
1.20 - July 2017 (i.e. quite soon)
1.22 - January 2018
1.10 - April 2019
1.18 - April 2021
