[LightDM] LightDM 1.24 end of life

As previously discussed [1] LightDM 1.24 is no longer supported and will
receive no more updates. All users are encouraged to update to LightDM 1.26.

The currently supported releases will expire on:
1.10 - April 2019
1.18 - April 2021
1.26 - April 2023
