<html><head></head><body><div style="font-family: Verdana;font-size: 12.0px;"><div>(Debian jessie Xfce)</div>
<div> </div>
<div>(Let's assume the chrooted environment contains all necessary files and mount points. I am doing this for security since Xorg runs as root. I am using the grsecurity kernel patches so root would not be able to escape the chrooted environment.)<br/>
<br/>
Chroot()ing Xorg should be as simple as adding "--chroot /path-to-chroot" to "start-stop-daemon()" in "/etc/init.d/lightdm" but that would chroot Xfce also, right? Xfce must not be chrooted or I could not access any personal files either, right?</div>
<div><br/>
How can Xorg be chrooted without Xfce being chrooted as well?</div></div></body></html>
