[Lima] Difference to the blob / atomic modesetting

Hi,
I asked the CoreELEC devs for the (feature) differences between lima and the 4.9 blob driver with a highlight on atomic modesetting as it seems the blob doesn't use that. They told me to ask you directly, so I'm doing that in here.

I'm doing all this in the hope to get CoreELEC devs to switch from the 4.9 kernel to upstream, replacing the blob with Lima while doing so.
