I have verified building from the .tar.bz2 file by doing:

tar xjf MesaLib-10.4.1.tar.bz2
cd Mesa-10.4.1
./configure --enable-gallium-llvm
make -j6
make -j6 install

I have also verified that I pushed the tag.
