[Mesa-announce] [ANNOUNCE] mesa 17.3.6

Mesa 17.3.6 is now available.

This is a emergency release, addressing GPU lockups in the i965 driver.
The issue itself is a regression which crept during the 17.3 development cycle.

Fingers crossed, this will be the final emergency release in a while.
