Actually, commit 'i965/tools: 32bit compilation with meson' depends on
'intel: compiler option msse2 and mstackrealign'
And it was reverted due to the second one wasn't pushed before.

So, i would say it may be queued because 'intel: compiler option msse2 and
mstackrealign' is also queued.
