Hello everyone,

The second release candidate is now available, with many fixes across
many drivers. Please test it and report report any issue here:
https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/mesa/mesa/-/issues/new

Issues that should block the release of 21.1.0 should be added to the
corresponding milestone:
