Since we don't have a working external results server (yet), and we
don't want to send a large tarball to the freedesktop list, I've changed
the staging build to send results only to Andrez, and include the data
on what failed.
Hopefully this will be better than publicly providing an opaque result
to the mailing list (which is always "unstable" even though there are no
problems).

There are no regressions in this build.
