vbo-drawarrays-2101010: GL_ARB_vertex_type_2_10_10_10_rev vbo test

tests extension works using values in a VBO.

also useful for proving to me I lack GL knowledge,
	1. modelview/projection matrix needs VP code
	2. w defaults to 1 in the vertex data, so passing in 0 will break
