noticed over 30 commits that should be considered for stable

its just commitids because I'm on the couch and its the weekend
already, and I'm not claiming this list is in any way complete or
accurate.

These are also only commits that meet my criteria of being useful to
actual consumers of stable branch release tarballs, I've deliberately
not picked at gallium or demos or anywhere outside the src/mesa or
src/glx dirs.
