I discussed with Vinson who suggested the same, this made me realize that I was
building with clang... as I've been experimenting with it for quite some time
without problems I forgot Mesa was built with it on my experimental setup.

So the issue is probably triggered by a Clang bug, or perhaps but very unlikely
a gcc bug.

Should I close the bug now as Clang is not supposed to be supported (I think?)
or keep it open while I've not yet investigated the real underlying issue ?
