Output of glxgears when using llvmpipe

Hello,

Thank you for your patch, the situation improved, but one small error message
is still there : it seems you have replaced too many i32 instructions with
their f32 counterpart.

I attached the output of glxgears when running with llvmpipe to this bug
report. I have applied you two patches, and I run Mesa Master ("draw: Avoid
mixed declarations and code.").
