I've created a tracker for bugs that should be fixed as part of the new
GLSL compiler work.  I added all the bugs that came up on the search for
"GLSL" that were either core Mesa or trivially i965.  I skipped a few
r300 and softpipe bugs because I wasn't sure if they were more compiler
or driver related.

If there are other bugs that you believe are primarily compiler related,
feel free to add them to the tracker.
