Hi Mathias,

You might try latest xf86-video-ati from git, there's ColorTiling enabled by
default, which should give you nice performance increase in all 3D apps. As
for timer queries, I think there's quite a bit of work to do in the kernel
too. However, we still don't have fences and they are much more important,
we need them for st/xorg and it's mandatory in GL3.2.

Here's some initial, random HyperZ/HiZ work. I can't tell you when it'll be
ready. Fixing bugs and stabilizing SW TCL are the top priority now.
