I've sent a tgsi doc update, not really sure how we plan on handling,
float texture (samplerCubeShadow sampler, vec4 P [, float bias] )
from GLSL, but that isn't a problem I'm looking at now, I was just
trying to make softpipe pass as many tests as possible for GL2.1, out
of idle curiosity.
