Yes.  This is something that I want  to fix sooner rather than later.
The problem is that I don't want to have a huge pile of duplicate test
whose only (source code) difference is including GLES2/gl2.h instead of
GL/gl.h.

What I want is a way with cmake to build files twice.  The first time
will be in the existing way.  The second time will compile with
- -DUSE_OPENGL_ES and will generate a .o file with a different name.  This
is especially important because I want all (or nearly all) ES2 tests to
work with desktop GL when GL_ARB_ES2_compatibility is exposed.

I don't know cmake well enough to do that, and I keep forgetting to ask
Chad.
