If you build mesa with gallium, with Intel video cards it uses swrast.

If you build mesa without gallium, nouveau doesn't work because none of the PCI
IDs are listed in the dri2_driver_map.

So it's not possible to create one build that supports hardware acceleration
with EGL for both Intel and nouveau.
