RC2 was supposed to be last Friday.  It didn't happen because I ran out
of time.  I'm going to try again on Monday 7/18.  The main thing that I
didn't get done was resolving the issues with the tarballs that Stephan
Raue and Andreas Radke reported on the mailing list.  What are your IRC
handles?  I may ping you on Monday.

I'm guessing that there will be an RC3 on Friday 7/22, and final on 7/29
come hell or high water.
