[Mesa-dev] Mesa 7.11 Release Candidate 1 tarball issue

Another problem in the RC1 tarballs appears to be src/mesa/depend.  This contains a pile of references to /usr/lib/gcc/x86_64-redhat-linux/4.6.0/include and will fail if you are not on that system.

With that removed I am able to build the RC1 tarballs, but that doesn't mean there isn't something else wrong in the parts that I didn't build.
