Thanks, but no need for that any more. I tried to hack a VLD myself, but
quickly reverted to just using xines slice_xvmc.c code, which does
mostly what we want - decoding a slice into macroblocks.

With just a couple of small modifications this should gives us a pretty
nice decoding performance.
