MESA_EXTENSION_OVERRIDE="-GL_EXT_texture_sRGB_decode" doesn't solve the issue
in ETQW.

It's the same with gallium-swrast. Issue persists.
Curiously, running ETQW with gallium-swrast is totally playable, almost like
r600g.
