Yeah.  XHTML (HTML on top of XML instead of SGML) requires lowercase
tags, so basically everyone uses that these days.

I'm actually kind of surprised you went with HTML 4 transitional rather
than XHTML or HTML strict.  But it's not a big deal either way.
