[Mesa-dev] [PATCH 1/2] gles1: Enable GL_EXT_texture_format_BGRA8888 in APIspec

The extension is already exposed for GLES1, but the APIspec
doesnt allow the usage of GL_BGRA_EXT in glTex(Sub)Image2D.
