[Mesa-dev] libGL.so.* are not installed when configured with "--enable-xlib-glx"

Th following patch, reverting the change to src/mesa/Makefile in commit
8ffb098234, would help:

However, this a step backwards from switching to automake, so a better
solution should probably be found.
