[Mesa-dev] [PATCH 1/3] i965/vs: Split setup_uniform_clipplane_values() into Gen4-5/6-7 parts.

Since Gen4-5 compacts clip planes and Gen6-7 doesn't, it makes sense to
split them into separate code paths.  This patch simply copies the code
to both halves; the next commits will simplify it.

This series fixes bug 56791, which is a pre-Gen6 regression since I removed
the old VS backend.  Although the bug fix is fairly small, I felt it was
best to split the Gen4-5 and Gen6+ code, since only one case compacts the
clip planes, and the loop termination condition changes (as of patch 3).

I considered squashing them, but as one patch it became hard to see the
final bug fix amongst the refactoring.
