[Mesa-dev] glext.h missing define

Hi,

Playing around with ARB_texture_gather infrastructure bits this
morning, noticed we don't seem to have the define

 MAX_PROGRAM_TEXTURE_GATHER_COMPONENTS_ARB        0x8F9F

from the spec, in glext.h where'd I'd expect it.

can someone with ARB powers check if this is an oversight or if the
spec needs revising.
