[Mesa-dev] radeonsi: tiling and compressed texture

Rebase on top of lastest libdrm patch. With small modification to ddx you can also
have tiled front buffer rendering. But again we need to wait next mesa release
before changing ddx to assume by default it is installed with a recent enough mesa.

No regression, just new test that pass.
