Build is failing for me on every linux system, have issues with all releases of
9.X.X. The following is from an up to date fedora 17. "configure" appears to
succeed but "make" immediately fails with complaints about autoconf. all output
below. Note: I have autoconf, automake, ver 1.11 installed. I don't think
autoconf should be running at all here, if it is it's the first build I have
ever seen like this. Some explanation on the web site of the build process
would be greatly appreciated.
