Freedesktop.org already hosts a tinderbox server for X.Org modules - it
shouldn't be hard to either add Mesa to that or use that to set up one
for Mesa.   I think Eric Anholt did the original setup and may be able
to help you there.

(Though I've just noticed that http://tinderbox.x.org/ is offline at the moment,
  guess I'll poke the sitewranglers about that.)
