[Mesa-dev] [PATCH 0/5] Gen7 Layered Color Renderbuffer support

This series updates gen7 to allow layered color
render buffers. With these changes we can support
the AMD_vertex_shader_layer extension for color
renderbuffers.

Once depth is also supported, then we can
actually enable the AMD_vertex_shader_layer extension.

Layered rendering is also required for geometry
shader support.
