I don't know why I didn't see this earlier in my testing. I think
there's an automake dependency glitch somewhere in the src/mapi/ area
because I had to do a 'cd src/mapi ; make clean' before it picked up my
changes to the ARB_texture_multisample.xml file.
PS: The fd.o mailing lists seem kind of slow lately too.
