Hi,

You should file a bug against Mesa, possibly with Wine too:
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/
http://bugs.winehq.org/

Mention versions of Wine, Mesa, etc. You could also try and check if
this is a new bug or present in older versions of Mesa/Wine. If it's new
it can be bisected.

The shader errors look like a clue though:
