[Mesa-dev] Heavy ioq3 regression in mesa (r600g/cayman/aruba)

I disabled vsync and tested with Tremulous.
I didn't see any regression on my system, I got 256-257 FPS with or
without HyperZ, with this 2 commits and also current master (git-352e06d).
So it doesn't hit Evergreen at least.
