I think we still want zip for Windows.  As far as xz vs bz2 goes, what
do our other distro partners want?  I guess Gentoo wants xz. :)

That sounds good to me, but I don't do releases any more.  At least
having the announce e-mails look the same as the rest of X.Org may have
some benefit.
