The problem is simultaneous loading of multiple libudev.so's; see
https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=71543 and
http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/mesa-dev/2013-November/048566.html (patch
still not committed as far as I can see)
