Hi list,

A few small patches on the infamous loader topic.

The first two are cosmetic - they make sure that messages is higher
severity (although defined by lower numbers) are printed, and promoting
the "pci id" printout to DEBUG.

The last patch covers unfortunate regression, where we would try to
include dlfcn.h on platforms that are lacking it (Windows).
