That's... supremely odd. The crash is indeed somewhere in mesa. Would you mind
building it with --enable-debug and not stripping the resulting .so? That way
we might be able to get some more information as to exactly where it's dying. I
don't see how this commit can possibly matter, so I'm actually suspecting that
there's some unrelated memory corruption going on. But more than happy to be
proven wrong :)
