[Mesa-dev] Mesa 10.4 has been branched

Hello list,

As you'll notice shortly I have just branched the next release branch
10.4 of the master branch. Additionally I've created and pushed a
10.4-branchpoint tag that should ease people searching through mesa's
history.

The first release candidate tag be that 10.4.0-rc1 or 10.3.99.901 will
follow on Monday based on the yay and nays on the topic. Obviously the
tag will go with piglit testing followed by a summary with the results
shortly after.

As a reminder: Please include both 10.4 and 10.3 if you like your stable
patch to be picked up for the two branches. Patches without explicit
version will be considered for the 10.3 only.
