[Mesa-dev] Trivial fix for ChromeOS unit test

Hey there,

While enabling LibVA on the Ozone backend of ChromeOS (EGL/GLES2 without X), I
stumbled upon a crash.

This patch is a fix for that problem. It's pretty much a copy/paste of a
snippet already in EGL/wayland file.
